Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy is based on the Polish Consumer Rights Act (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta) and applies to all purchases made in our online shop.

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers and sole traders acting as consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day period starts:

  • on the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods, or
  • in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately โ€“ on the day on which you take possession of the last item.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send us a clear statement of withdrawal (for example by using the Return Request Form below) before the 14-day period has expired.

2. Goods excluded from return

Under the Polish Consumer Rights Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts for:

  • the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example, specially dyed or selected bundles of hair or custom-ordered glass eyes prepared individually for you);
  • the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery. This may include opened packages of hair, rooting needles and similar products that may come into direct contact with skin or hair.

3. Condition of returned goods

Goods returned under the right of withdrawal must be:

  • unused,
  • in their original, undamaged and unopened packaging,
  • with all original labels, accessories and components included.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. In such a case, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.

4. Return procedure

To initiate a return, please:

  • fill in the Return Request Form on this page, and
  • wait for our confirmation with detailed instructions on how and where to send the goods.

Returned goods should be carefully packed to protect them during transport and sent to the address provided in our confirmation email or on the Shipping & Returns page.

5. Shipping costs and refunds

  • Return shipping costs (from you to us) are generally borne by you, unless the return is due to a defect of the goods or our mistake (for example, wrong item sent).
  • In the case of a valid withdrawal, we refund the price of the goods and the initial delivery cost (up to the amount of the cheapest offered standard delivery) no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive your statement of withdrawal and the returned goods or proof of having sent them back.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we explicitly agree on a different method that does not involve additional costs for you.

6. Complaints (defective or incorrect goods)

If you receive defective, damaged or non-conforming goods, you have the right to file a complaint in accordance with applicable Polish law (in particular, the rules on non-conformity of goods with the contract).

In such a case, please contact us by email, describe the problem and, if possible, attach photos. We will provide you with further instructions and do our best to resolve the issue fairly and quickly.
